Favorite Virtual Workouts

Day 322 of quarantine & gearing up for another week! Are you all feeling a little stir crazy at the moment!? Thankfully we have nice weather so there are plenty of opportunities to get outside & be active!

I love a good walk outside, especially around Sloans Lake or to get a to-go margarita! But I will admit that is about the extent of my outdoor workouts. I’ve never been a fan of running or hiking but I’m sure a lot of you are taking advantage of the sun & beautiful Colorado!

This blog post features some of my favorite virtual workouts to do AT HOME! They have kept me sweating in my living room & feeling good.

COREPOWER YOGA

I miss going to Corepower classes so freaking badly!! I look forward to the day I can go back to a Hot Power Fusion class & sweat my ass off! Until then, Corepower Yoga has a lot of online opportunities to workout!

My favorite to do at home is Yoga Sculpt with 5 lb weights I bought at Target.

THE LIV METHOD

This personal training studio out of NYC has been offering amazing classes on their Instagram Live! Credit to my girl Tiana for showing me them.

The nice part about the live classes is they stay up for 24 hours so you can do them at a time that works for you. Or even do them twice in 2 days. I haven’t done that because my ass was WAY too sore but props if you do!

My favorite live class they offer is Bodyweight Bootcamp with Cynthia on Sundays!

TONE IT UP

Another credit going out to my girl Kenzie for introducing me to Tone it Up! She has the App & we have done a few of their workouts together prior to quarantine. If you’e unfamiliar with Tone it Up I highly recommend getting familiar! They have an awesome community, app, workouts, nutrition plans, protein powder, snacks, and more! I love their protein powders & recipes.
