Espresso Martini
I miss ordering Espresso martinis at restaurants. Especially Williams & Graham!!
BUT! I made some for us the other night & they were actually quite delicious! A good option until I can go sit at a bar with my man & sip on one over candlelight.
THE RECIPE
+ 1.5 oz vodka
+ .5 oz coffee liquor
+ .5 oz chocolate liquor
+ .5 oz espresso
+ 1.5 oz almond milk
HOW TO
In a cocktail shaker mix all of these over ice + shake + pour
Garnish with coffee beans & ENJOY!
TIPS
The almond milk makes it nice & creamy & frothy. I don’t drink regular milk but you could experiment with cream, diff kinds of milk, Baileys, etc.
If you want a heavy espresso flavor, don’t add the .5 oz of chocolate liquor.
Grab a few shots of Espresso at a drive-thru Starbucks! That’s what I did. And then I’m pretty sure the barista went home & made one too.
Eat the coffee beans when you finish your martini!
