Lemon Aperol Seltzer

Welcome to a super easy cocktail courtesy of having limited ingredients! And courtesy of loving The Heart Distillery’s spiked seltzers. And also loving Aperol.

Insert my very favorite hard seltzer - The Heart Distillery’s Colorado Spiked Seltzer! This is the absolute BEST seltzer & is local to Colorado.

I have tried a ton of hard setlzers and I’m not a fan of any of them except this one. I have tried & tried to like them because they’re easy and so popular but just personally I am not a fan. I love this one though because it is fresh + simple + real vodka. The ingredients are so simple & I know exactly what I’m drinking. Reading some of the other labels of these hard seltzers just grosses me out.

The Heart Distillery is in Windsor, CO & they have a few flavors of the spiked seltzer.

Lime + lemon + tangerine + raspberry

The lime is my FAVORITE & so freaking tart it’s delicious!! The lemon is also good and I always squeeze some extra fresh lemons in it. Read more about them & find where to buy these HERE

Rocky Mountain water + The Heart Distillery Vodka + organic lemons

Cue tonight’s cocktail…..a Lemon Aperol Spritz!

THE RECIPE

+ 1 Lemon Colorado Spiked Seltzer

+ Splash of Aperol

+ Squeeze of fresh lemon

+ Ice

HOW TO

Pour the spiked seltzer over ice & add a splash of Aperol. I like using a wine glass! Squeeze some fresh lemon & CHEERS!
