I am SO EXCITED about this post!!! Does the name give anything away?? Weecasa..... WEE casa... If you haven't put 2 + 2 together yet, Weecasa = tiny home!!!! So cute!! Weecasa is this amazing collection of rentals in Lyons, Colorado. They range from 135-250 square feet of "charm and character."
My boyfriend surprised me for our one year anniversary & took me to Weecasa!! Best. Surprise. Ever. Best. Boyfriend. Ever. I have to give you a shoutout babe - You are the absolute sweetest and THANK YOU SO MUCH for the most amazing tiny home getaway!!!! :)

So it was a total surprise going to Lyons & once we got there I was obsessed! The property has 22 tiny homes and they are all different. It's a tight knit little community (neighborhood-style) set among gorgeous colored fall trees and on the edge of the mountains. They also have tons of twinkly lights surrounding the property which is adorable. We got there in the dark & it was super quiet & lit up & really peaceful. Until we started blaring Post Malone.
We stayed in "The Modern Tiny Home" and LOVED IT!!! It is 190 square feet of pure happiness. Actually I think the pure happiness was because of my man BUT this place is incredible!! Haha. The kitchen is super spacious with awesome edison lights & a ton of counter top space. By far my favorite part!! Close second was the beautiful black + white marble sink in the bathroom.
It was so cool to be in such a small amount of square footage and see how incredibly creative the builders were!! The space + storage + details + decor in this place is insane!! The bathroom has more than enough space with really beautiful details. The kitchen is huge with a big functional sink, oven/stove, shelving, and drawers. There is a loft/seating area with a TV above the bathroom and a huge bed in a loft above the kitchen. It even had enough space for the 5 bags I packed! Lol. We enjoyed ourselves making Colin's Carbonara (so delicious) & he surprised me by making my favorite cocktail!!!

Another awesome part about the Weecasa homes is they are just a quick walk away from downtown Lyons! This little town is really cute with all sorts of shops + restaurants. I emphasize the "little." Lol. We had a freakin blast visiting a distillery in Lyons called Spirit Hound Distillers!! Definitely recommend checking this place out!!
Highly recommend going when Camden is bartending because he was great!! He made us delicious Irish coffee + mint julep + old fashioned + homemade sazerac + classic daiquiri shots. Just a few drinks hahaha. But seriously he could not have been nicer & was very knowledgeable & even convinced us to try the rum! And it was tasty! We left with a sweet hat + a bottle of cask aged gin! After the distillery we had an amazing dinner at Lyons Fork! DEFINITELY recommend the pumpkin & red onion tart tatin + the halibut!!
Writing this post has made me want to go back to our tiny home so bad!!! And it has only been a few days! Like I'm ready to pack another 5 bags and head back for some more Weecasa adventures!!! Right babe!?
We loved touring the property & peeking in at all of the different homes! We were right next to the "Atlas" home which was super cool!! This one features a fold down patio bar + big porch! They even have a "Hobbit" home like the one from Lord of the Rings. It's such an eclectic & interesting combination of tiny homes!!! You have to check it out!!
